Former Vice President Joe Biden is using the campaign slogan ‘Return to Normalcy’ in an effort to combat the wildly successful movement started by President Trump, ‘Make America Great Again’, which has since become ‘Keep America Great’ for the 2020 campaign.
Biden says he’ll return the country to the way the White House operated before the Trump took control of the Oval Office.
Democrats and progressives across the nation are praising the message from Biden as they long for a return to what they consider to be normal, i.e. a swamp-centric model of politics.
However, the problem with this campaign slogan is not the fact that Joe has become increasingly less aware of his surroundings – appearing to have early onset dementia, being increasingly hostile toward people on the campaign trail and a history of failure with his campaign efforts.
No, the problem is what most Democrats and members of the mainstream media continue to miss. America elected Donald Trump because he is not a politician. He is not typical. He is not beholden to anyone. Hell he doesn’t even take his presidential salary.
Is he presidential? Maybe not by traditional standards. Does he play by the rules? Not the ones politicians from both sides played from before. But, again, he is who America elected and since taking office he has helped paint any traditional politician as boring, self-motivated and incapable of leading this nation in a direction that benefits the masses.
So as Democrats continue to sing praises for a weak candidate, they continue to demonstrate their inability to connect to everyday, hard working Americans who have always been abandoned by the Democrat party in favor of the people in large metro areas who continue to buy the lies and empty promises of liberal politicians.
