Reality television star Brandi Glanville of “Real Housewives” fame has raised some eyebrows this week after claiming that she sprays her kids with bleach water when they walk into her house.

“I don’t really care. I ingest so many different pills,” Glanville said as they talked about chemicals found in various cleaning products. “I spray bleach on my children…because you can’t buy rubbing alcohol anywhere so I diluted some bleach and water and everyone gets a little spray spray.”

While it is unclear if Glanville was kidding or not, this came just days after President Donald Trump got backlash for indirectly suggesting that household products like bleach could be used as a treatment for COVID-19. He later said that he was being “sarcastic” when he said this, but his comments made headlines to the point where the makers of Lysol responded with a warning to the public.

“As a global leader in health and hygiene products, we must be clear that under no circumstance should our disinfectant products be administered into the human body (through injection, ingestion or any other route),” the Reckitt Benckiser Group said, according to Fox News. “As with all products, our disinfectant and hygiene products should only be used as intended and in line with usage guidelines. Please read the label and safety information.”

Glanville, who once was a contestant on “Celebrity Apprentice” with Trump, added that she had just moved out of a home that had a mold problem, suggesting that this experienced led to her becoming obsessed with various cleaning supplies as she “might have an addiction to fabric softener.”

“I have the softest towels and I smell like a baby and they’re so good,” she said.

Glanville is mother to Mason, 16, and Jake, 13, with her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian, and she hinted that they don’t always see eye to eye when it comes to parenting in quarantine.

“I told them they could skip school,” she said of her sons “Their dad’s a d–k and he told me, ‘Why are they missing classes at your house?’ I said, ‘Because I don’t want their eyes to get hurt from the blue screen time.'”

“I’m like the fun, crazy one and he’s like the boring one that makes sure they do their homework,” Glanville added. “I’m like, ‘That’s on you. Nobody made sure I did mine. I do everything else for them. I’m not doing their homework for them too.’ Plus, I can’t.”
