Why did it take so long for the George Floyd bodycam footage to be viewed by the public?
Forget it being “released,” it was actually “leaked,” and that’s the only reason that we ever saw it.
The tape was revealing in many ways. It put the entire situation into a much clearer context and it would have really helped to have seen this months ago—and that’s precisely why Tucker says it was hidden from us.
The media told us that George Floyd was compliant during his arrest and that the cops were aggressive and “racist.”
There is no proof of either of those statements.
The video shows that Floyd, who looked to be having some kind of anxiety attack or reaction to the fentanyl in his system, was not compliant. He resisted arrest and it also showed that the cops were professional for the most part.
But, with all that said, I still want to point out that I don’t think it’s right for anyone to kneel on a person’s neck at all. So, I have a huge problem with that.
However, I also have a huge problem with the fact that this “full context” video —that tells the whole truth— was hidden from us for political reasons.
How many Americans died as a result of this video being hidden? How many businesses were destroyed?

Tucker Carlson On Why It Took So Long For America To See The George Floyd Bodycam Footage
"The answer to why we haven't seen it is simple, because Keith Ellison, he's the Attorney General in Minnesota, hid the video from the public. He refused to release the footage." pic.twitter.com/oIaorihYUu

This full tape would have been like a bucket of water tossed on a raging bonfire…it might not have put the fire completely out, but it may have helped it from raging into an out-of-control inferno.
And as Tucker suggested, that’s precisely why this tape was hidden away for so long.
I know we all know this already, but it has to be said again: Democrats are actively trying to destroy the country, in hopes that it’ll help them win in November.
Democrats are the enemy of the American people.
