I am very doubtful that Joe Biden will actually appear live on a debate stage with President Donald Trump as scheduled on Tuesday, September 29th in Cleveland Ohio. I am putting the odds at around 20% at best.

So how’s he going to weasel out of it? There are several scenarios that his handlers might choose…

COVID 19 SYMPTOMS

Biden’s handlers will tell everyone that Joe has “come down with something” and in an abundance of caution, they are going to quarantine him, taking him out of any debates for at least a few weeks.

PLANE PROBLEMS

Joe’s going to hop on his plane at the last minute because he will have another event schedule on the same day but, alas, there will be “mechanical problems” and he won’t be able to make it to Cleveland. Don’t fret though. His campaign staff will offer to do the debate virtual so that they can answer all of the questions for him on the teleprompter.

CLIMATE CHANGE

On the heels of his epic climate change speech on Monday in the middle of the field in Delaware, Biden will pledge to add as little carbon dioxide to the planet as possible, which means making less airplane trips and taking less car rides around the country. He will challenge Trump to do the same by requesting a virtual debate so that Biden’s campaign staff can answer all of the questions for him on the teleprompter.

RACIAL STRIFE

Somewhere in America, the day before the debates, there is sure to be some sort of incident involving a police officer arresting a black man that is recorded on a cell phone.  It won’t matter what happens or where it happens or who is innocent or guilty. Biden will need to rush to where it happened and meet with the victim’s family to give them his support. 

Because Biden can’t be in two places at one time, he won’t be able to fly Cleveland in time for the debate. His campaign will offer to do the debate virtual so that they can answer all of the questions for him on the teleprompter.

PROBLEM AT THE BORDER

The democrats have ignored the border for a while now because they’ve had other things on their mind – impeachment, rioting, etc. Now is the time to engage the illegal alien community again so that no votes are lost while at the same time dodging the debate.

The Biden team will come up with an injustice that happened at the border sometime near the time of the debate, one in which Biden will have to address. He’ll go down to the border to meet with his illegal alien future voters and make a speech. 

Because he won’t be able to make it to Cleveland in time, his campaign staff will offer to do the debate virtual so that they can answer all of the questions for him on the teleprompter.

RIOTING AT THE DEBATE VENUE

Biden’s AntifaBLM supporters will show up at the debate venue a day or two early causing chaos and trying to burn down the building. The crowd will get out of control and the live debate will have to be cancelled. Don’t fret though. Biden’s campaign staff will offer to do the debate virtual so that they can answer all of the questions for him on the teleprompter.
