College Professor Urges Students Not To Vote For Trump

If protesting and looting weren’t already enough, now leftists have made their target the youth of America. Recently, a women’s studies professor in New York was placed under investigation when she was filmed criticizing President Trump and calling for her students not to vote for him in the upcoming election.

The video, first posted to Facebook, shows the professor, Janet Gulla of Suffolk County Community College, as she diverts from her lesson plan and begins to lecture her students on the president and how he is supposedly ruining the country. The clip is only a 45 second bit of the class which is over an hour-long, so it’s unclear if Professor Gulla continues with her anti-Trump rant, but what is heard is more than enough. Here are Professor Gulla’s thoughts on the POTUS.

“He’s had four freaking years of a chance, and he’s done a crap job, and he’s really ruining our country. Many of you this may be the first time that you’re voting. I’m sorry it’s such a contentious situation that you’re being thrusted [sic] into. If any of you do still think Trump … is a good person, I beg you to not only go into your heart’s center and think about this a little more, pull up all the stuff that he’s been doing to our country, taking away so many of our rights. He’s trying to turn this into more of a … dictatorship…”

After the clip featured above went viral, officials at the college not only opened an investigation into the matter but they reassigned Professor Gulla until it is completed. Brew Biondo, Director of Communications for the college, released a statement about the incident.

“Pending an investigation of the content and context of that video, we have reassigned the faculty member involved in the video. Suffolk County Community College encourages any open and diverse discussion and exchange of ideas. The college does not, however, condone electioneering by faculty in the classroom.”

While the investigation is ongoing, the college didn’t mention what the punishment will be for the professor if she is guilty of violating the school rules.
