The disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein has been hit with yet another sex crime allegation, with a new accuser coming forward to claim he forced her to perform a sex act on him in the 1990s.

Daily News reported that a 61 year-old woman has come forward to file a complaint with the NYPD Special Victims Division alleging that Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him at a Manhattan nightclub in 1995 or 1996. Since the allegation is considered to be a first-degree criminal sexual act, there is no statute of limitations on prosecution. Sources say that detectives are investigating the woman’s claims, and a rep for Weinstein refused to comment when contacted by Fox News.

Weinstein, 68, is currently serving a 23 year prison sentence after being convicted earlier this year of the rape and sexual assault of two women. He is serving out his sentence at the Wende Correctional Facility in Alden, N.Y., east of Buffalo. Earlier this month, he was hit with six new counts of forcible sexual assault in Los Angeles, California, and an extradition hearing has been scheduled for him in December.

Weinstein’s latest charges include four counts of rape, four counts of forcible oral copulation, two counts of sexual battery by restraint, and one count of sexual penetration by use of force. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office said that the counts involve five women whose claims are from 2004 to 2013.

If convicted on all charges, Weinstein is facing 140 years in prison. He has denied all of the claims that have been made against him, saying that all of his sexual encounters have been consensual.

Earlier this month, we reported that Weinstein’s lawyers were trying to get a judge to release Weinstein on bail pending an appeal of his Manhattan rape conviction, arguing that he will likely die if he remains in prison. They also claimed that the man who was once arguably the most powerful figure in the movie business is now broke.

“[Weinstein’s] physical and mental condition has so deteriorated, I do not think it’s an overstatement to say that if he is not released as part of this application, his chances of surviving in prison are rather low,” said Barry Kamins, one of Weinstein’s attorneys.

At the time of this writing, Weinstein remains in prison .
