Biden’s Plan To Abolish Guns

Joe Biden isn’t President yet. The election is still caught up in court, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t going to get a glimpse into the America Joe Biden wants. The America he claimed would be safer and better than ever. His way of doing that is simple – attack the gun companies. That is exactly what he said he was going to do recently when he proposed doing away with the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA).

A quick history lesson before we get back to Biden’s sinister plan that will entail charging even gun owners for owning a weapon. But first, in 2005, President George Bush signed the PLCAA into law. This was a way to protect the firearm companies from lawsuits due to their weapons, which were bought and sold legally. With the Act, gun manufacturers would be hit with countless lawsuits over their guns being used to kill innocent people. While the companies don’t condone this sort of violence, Biden claims they should be held accountable.

Biden once told a New Hampshire crowd it was a disservice to give, “gun manufacturers … a loophole that does not allow them to be sued for the carnage they are creating. The first thing I’m going to do as president is work to get rid of that, and it’s going to be hard.” While indeed hard, it is not out of the realm of possibility if the Democrats control all of Washington.

Kevin Jamison, a self-defense lawyer, broke down Biden’s plan to bankrupt the gun industry. “The guys pushing these lawsuits, they don’t care if they win. They care if they can force these companies to hemorrhage money. They are in the business of putting gun companies out of business. If they destroy enough companies or force them to adopt their rules of the procedure then there will be no place to buy guns and that’s what they’re looking for. They want to make it as expensive to own a gun as humanly possible — and as difficult. If they get even part of their wish list, they won.”

As for gun owners – if you happen to have a weapon or high capacity magazine like an AK-47 or AR-15, then you might also be hit with an extra $200 tax just to own the weapon. But don’t worry, Biden claims you can sell them back to the government at a fair price.
