As millions of Americans gathered around their tables for Thanksgiving Day, the Democrats took the time to shame any person who didn’t conform to the COVID-19 hysteria that has swept the nation. Luckily, many Americans still fought against the outlandish orders and gathered to give thanks in these desperate times. But while the Democrats might not have canceled Thanksgiving, doesn’t mean they won’t try to cancel Christmas.

According to Jim Jordan, the Republican Representative from Ohio, the left is targeting not just your rights, but also the holidays that remind us about family and togetherness. Back when COVID-19 first struck, Americans did as they were told. We all went into lockdown, wore masks, and even socially distanced according to the mandates set by doctors and scientists like Dr. Fauci or his new name Dr. Doom. Now, the Democrats are trying to use these mandates to control the American people. Don’t believe me – look at the evidence.

Over the Thanksgiving break, New York Governor and Democrat Andrew Cuomo and Democrat Mayor Lori Lightfoot tried to use the coronavirus to stop people from having Thanksgiving. But remember, these are the same people who just weeks ago were parading around in the streets while Joe Biden claimed to have won an election he hasn’t even finished. Still, the common double standard that is the Democrats didn’t stop both Cuomo and Lightfoot from sending out a tweet pretty much canceling the entire holiday.

– Stay home unless for essential reasons
– Stop having guests over—including family members you do not live with
– Avoid non-essential travel
– Cancel traditional Thanksgiving plans

But what about Christmas?

As it stands, Santa Clause might be on the chopping block when it comes to Dr. Doom. He told reporters, “If the surge takes a turn of continuing to go up and you have the sustained greater than 100,000 infections a day and 1,300 deaths per day and the count keeps going up and up … I don’t see it being any different during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays than during Thanksgiving.” He didn’t stop there when he also told reporters that he and his family were looking forward to Christmas 2021.

While unsuccessful, don’t think for a second the Democrats will pack up and go home when it comes to taking away your rights and freedom. Even with Biden not completely behind the helm, his influence is already starting to affect how America operates.
