That is, you’ll get some help if you are black or female or one of Joe’s preferred types of person. No doubt, you’ll probably have to be a democrat too at some point (unofficially of course)
When discussing his plan to help small businesses in a recent speech in Delaware, Biden said, “Our priority will be black, Latino, Asian, and Native American-owned small businesses, women-owned businesses, and finally having equal access to resources needed to reopen and rebuild. But we’re going to make a concerted effort to help small businesses in low-income communities, in big cities, small towns, rural communities that have faced systemic barriers to relief.”
Yes, our laws and the Constitution means nothing to Mr. Biden.
Discrimination is all-good with the senile old man because democrats are not about equality and never have been.
They’re about special treatment.
And it’s always the special treatment that gets reserved for their supporters and voters.
But the dems are in charge now so get used to it.
Biden’s plans do nothing to adhere to the preamble of the Constitution which explains how the Constitution establishes justice, insures domestic tranquility, promotes the general welfare and secures the blessings of liberty.
No, it does the exact opposite.
America? Opportunity and promise? What is that? It’s only reserved for the special people hand-chosen by leftists.
So what exactly does the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment say that Mr. Biden is ignoring? Let’s see…”No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
Equal protection? That’s a pretty old concept. Almost as old as Biden himself. It’s from the 1780’s for goodness sake.
And it doesn’t pertain to anyone who isn’t a Democrat.
The Equal Protection Clause will be ignored in the coming years for everyone except the chosen democrats so if you want any kind of equality, you will need to identify as one of the leftist’s favorite chosen voter groups.
