Now that the electoral count is official and Biden is the next President of the United States, the war on Donald Trump and his Administration has commenced. The first attack on the sitting President came from Big Tech company Twitter as they permanently banned him from their social media site.

Over the past four years, President Trump has been one of the most transparent Presidents in history thanks to social media. Trump used Twitter to communicate with his voter base. Drawing criticism for some of his tweets, Twitter banned the account on Friday, but that didn’t stop President Trump from sending out one last message.

Wanting to make sure the American people know what truly happened and why he was being silenced, President Trump took control of the government-owned Twitter account @POTUS to send out one last series of Tweets to his legions of fans.

President Trump tweeted, “As I have been saying for a long time, Twitter has gone further and further in banning free speech, and tonight, Twitter employees have coordinated with the Democrats and Radical Left in removing my account from their platform, to silence me  — and YOU, the 75,000,000 great …”

“… patriots who voted for me. Twitter may be a private company, but without the government’s gift of Section 230 they would not exist for long. I predicted this would happen. We have been negotiating with various other sites, and will have a big announcement soon, while we …

Not surprisingly, the tweets were instantly removed by admins, but as of now, the @POTUS account remains to still be working. As for the President and his Administration, it appears that the fight is not over as they plan to look into starting their own social media platform to combat the cancel culture that has seeped its way into mainstream media.
