Spreading faster than the coronavirus, the woke culture that was unleashed by the Democrats is now fully out of control. From Hollywood to toys, there is no place to hide where woke culture won’t find and cancel you for something you might have done in the past. And while the Democrats are busy striking Syria, woke culture has dug itself into our school system, causing teachers to resign out of being targeted for the color of their skin.

If the name Smith College doesn’t ring a bell, it is a hotbed for the ongoing woke culture scene. From investigations into teachers to making them attend diversity training seminars, Smith College seems to be more worried about their “white staff” than teaching students.

As you are about to see, a recent staff member at Smith College named Jodi Shaw considers herself to be a “lifelong Liberal”. She saw what the movement was doing firsthand and wanted to be on the right side of history, but as time went on and woke culture grew into the behemoth it is now. She quickly realized she was being targeted. Thankfully, Shaw recorded her experience at the hands of woke culture and released it online.

In the video entitled “Dear Smith College: I Have a Few Requests”, Shaw describes what it was like working at the college and the “extreme intimidation we are all working under in regard to race.”

Instead of bashing the school, a common Democrat tactic, Shaw pleads with them to “stop reducing my personhood to a racial category and to stop asking her to project stereotypes and assumptions on to others based upon their skin color.”

Continuing with her accounts of working in those horrid conditions, Shaw had another list of requests that shows just how racist the school is toward “white staff”. Shaw said:

  • “Stop demanding that I admit to ‘white privilege’ and work on my so-called ‘implicit bias’ as a condition of my continued employment.”
  • “Stop telling me that as a white person I’m especially responsible for doing the work of dismantling racism.”
  • “Stop emboldening students to act abusively toward staff by refusing to hold them accountable for their own egregious behavior.”
  • “Lastly, we have the right to work in an environment free from the ever-present terror that any unverified student allegation of racism — or any other ‘ism’ — has the power to crush our reputations, ruin our livelihood, and even endanger the physical safety of ourselves or our family members.”

And, of course, Smith College had nothing to say on the matter other than they “stand behind President McCartney’s response. Beyond that, we do not comment on potential or pending litigation.”
