For decades, American Presidents have not only stood behind Israel but protected the country when they faced opposition or worse – terrorist threats. But thanks to the events that unfolded during the 2020 election, the new sitting President has decided to take a more relaxed approach while Israel remains subject to Palestinian raids. Similar to the crisis at the Southern border, President Biden hasn’t officially spoken on the matter, but those closest say he is “monitoring” the situation while the rest of the Democrats blame Israel for the attacks.

Among the hordes of liberal Democrats pandering for votes is social media guru, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), who decided to defend the people launching rockets at Israel. On Saturday, AOC tweeted, “We stand in solidarity with the Palestinian residents of Sheikh Jarrah in East Jerusalem. Israeli forces are forcing families from their homes during Ramadan and inflicting violence. It is inhumane and the US must show leadership in safeguarding the human rights of Palestinians.”

But while Biden remains silent and the Democrats spin the narrative to fit their agenda, former President Trump released a statement showing true patriotism still exists. Not afraid to show strength in the face of his enemies, Trump condemned the raids and even blamed President Biden’s weak nature for one of the leading factors.

Trump started his statement by reminding voters of the relationship and strength America possessed under his watch. He stated, “When I was in office we were known as Peace Presidency because Israel’s adversaries know that the United States stood strongly with Israel and there would be swift retribution if Israel was attacked.”

Seeing the current state of turmoil Israel is in, Trump blamed President Biden, saying, “Under Biden, the world is getting more violent and more unstable because Biden’s weakness and lack of support for Israel is leading to new attacks on our allies. America must always stand with Israel and make clear that the Palestinians must end the violence, terror, and rocket attacks, and make clear that the U.S. will always strongly support Israel’s right to defend itself.”

While former President Trump continues to prove his leadership traits, press secretary Jen Psaki is talking for President Biden and claims he is being, “kept abreast and is watching closely, as well.”
