Since stealing the presidency, Joe Biden has made it a crucial point not to do too many press conferences. From the beginning, the press has been eager to question the new President about his business dealings in Ukraine, the Southern border crisis, and where he stands with the ongoing conflict in Israel. But instead, journalists are forced to ask censored questions pertaining to his favorite flavor of ice cream. Still, with all scripts and practice, Joe Biden somehow consistently fumbles his words, stumbles while walking, and now – completely forgets where he is at.
Recently, Biden was discussing his outrageous $6 trillion budget proposal while speaking at the Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland. Although Biden’s latest move was to strip the budget from canceling student debt, he still thought it was a great idea to go talk to students about how much debt he plans on putting their generation in.
Claiming the budget will be paid for by taxing the rich and corporations, Biden said, “Now is the time to build (upon) the foundation that we’ve laid to make bold investments in our families and our communities and our nation,” Biden said Thursday in an appearance in Cleveland to tout his economic plans. “We know from history that these kinds of investments raise both the floor and the ceiling over the economy for everybody.”
As you can see from the video below, it is around this point that Biden strangely forgets what he is talking about. Instead of continuing, the President stumbles around the podium as if he is trying to figure out exactly where he is at.

Having the slightest idea what his talking points are, Biden decides to do the unthinkable and go off-script. It should be noted that he has done this several times in the past, and the result is always depressing to watch. Trying to find his bearing, Biden strangely admits that within 15 years, every single hospital bed would be filled with Alzheimer patients.

And sadly, it doesn’t stop there as the struggling President went on to talk about DARPA. The only problem, Biden doesn’t have the slightest idea what DARPA stands for. He said DARPA means, “Defense Applied Application Research”, but the truth is – it actually stands for Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
Not even a year into his presidency, Biden is already proving his age and mental fortitude are in steep decline. But remember, this is the same man who not only received over 80 million votes, but he is also the Democrat’s answer to the growing divide in America.
