Since becoming Vice President, Kamala Harris has been appointed head of five major projects by President Joe Biden. And in case you haven’t been keeping track, Harris has yet to complete a single one. But that doesn’t mean she isn’t busy as recently she decided to hand out baked goods to members flying on Air Force 2. While it might seem like a nice gesture, it’s what was on the cookies that had some questioning how self-centered Harris really is.

Instead of focusing on the task at hand which is fixing the Southern Border crisis, Harris decided to surprise members on Air Force 2 with cookies that were made in her likeness. During her trip to Central America, the Vice President thought flyers might want something sweet to tie them over. And what better way to make yourself the center of attention than by making a cookie with your face on it.

And you might have guessed, it didn’t take long for a picture of the cookie to make its way online and the response was absolute gold. 

Republican Representative Guy Reschenthaler not only posted a picture of the cookie but also tweeted, “[Harris] is passing out cookies to the press with her face on them while the cartel makes hundreds of millions of dollars smuggling drugs and children across the southern border. This is all possible thanks to the Biden/Harris Administration’s policies.”

And it wasn’t just Republicans as a former aide to the Clinton administration, Buzz Patterson also couldn’t help but point out the complete narcissism Harris showed by making a cookie of herself. “As a former Military Aide during the Clinton administration, I never even imagined this level of narcissism. And, all on YOUR tax dollars America! Democrats, even you can’t be cool with this.”

 As for her trip to meet Guatemala President Giammattei, it appears that Harris should have brought some cookies for him. Their conversation surrounding the “root causes” of the border crisis didn’t go so well as Giammattei said the two “are not on the same side of the coin”.

Not to mention, Giammattei went on to blast the Biden Administration saying, “The message changed too: ‘We’re going to reunite families, we’re going to reunite children.’The very next day, the coyotes were here organizing groups of children to take them to the United States.”
