Biden’s sec of Defense traveled to The Philippines.
And when he got off the plane, a lot of Americans were very confused.
Lloyd Austin disembarked in the Philippines, looking like Darth Vador.
He was masked up and also wearing a “face shield” as he got off the plane.
This “look” caught a lot of people off guard and confused many.
Not sure how this will inspire people to take the vaccine.
I know that Philipines does have “face shield” rules, however, they’re not required outdoors anymore, according to Rappler.com
President Rodrigo Duterte’s office clarified that face shields are not required in outdoor areas, ahead of a meeting to be presided by the Chief Executive regarding possible changes on face shield rules.
So, is Mr. Austin wearing that outside for theatrics, or is there another reason?
You can see several other people in the photo not wearing a “face shield.”
So, what’s going on here?
You can watch the video below:

Here’s what people online are saying:
“The master of industrial welding has arrived…”
“Well, this look will definitely inspire confidence in that vaccine lol”
“Is this clown vaccinated and worried about spreading all his germs?”
“One look at this abomination, and I’m convinced I’ll never get the vaccine.”
“This is only encouraging people not to get vaccinated”
“That vaccine is working great LOL”
“Please wear a helmet to next time, covid may transmit through the ears and hair”
“This looks ridiculous.”
“Sec of Defense really exudes confidence and strength, behind his silly little mask”
“If ya’ll can’t tell this is complete theatre and idiocy at this point, I have zero hope for you. Good Lord.”
“Embarrassing wearing a mask and face shield”
I gotta say, it really does feel like Dems and the media are trying to whip everyone into a panicked frenzy again…and images like this, only help to scare more people.
