Continuing with his war on COVID-19, On Thursday, President Joe Biden made controversial statements when he ordered the Department of Labor to create a rule mandating vaccines to all employers with over 100 employees “to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis.” Biden did stop there as he also ordered millions of federal workers and contractors to get the vaccine as well. Now, in an act of defiance, Arizona has become the first state to sue Biden over the mandate, claiming it is unconstitutional, but not for what you might think.

Filing the complaint in the U.S. District Court of Arizona, Republican Attorney General Mark Brnovich made a startling claim that the Biden administration’s new vaccine mandate favors immigrants along the Southern Border since they are not ordered to get the vaccine.

Speaking on the matter, Brnovich said, “The federal government cannot force people to get the COVID-1a9 vaccine. The Biden Administration is once again flouting our laws and precedents to push their radical agenda. There can be no serious or scientific discussion about containing the spread of COVID-19 that doesn’t begin at our southern border.”

Brnovich also mentioned how Biden is acting more like a king than a President. “Under our Constitution, the President is not a king who can exercise this sort of unbridled power unilaterally. And even George III wouldn’t have dreamed that he could enact such sweeping policies by royal decree alone.”

Although Arizona might be the first state to take legal action against Biden and his new vaccine mandate, several other state attorneys and governors have also threatened legal action. Recently, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt tweeted, “Biden’s historic overreach on vaccine mandates will not stand in Missouri. We’re at a crossroads in America — who we are and what we’re going to be. We must fight back.”
