If you were to take the Democrat’s word for it, the COVID-19 virus has the potential to eliminate the human race. That is the main reason President Joe Biden is so adamant about getting Americans and the world vaccinated. He is so passionate that he is currently trying to force employers to require their employees to get vaccinated. But what is so surprising about their vaccine efforts is that while they push mask mandates to stop the spread, on more than one occasion, top Democrats are caught breaking the same rules they enforce. The latest culprit, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot. 

On Sunday, Mayor Lightfoot decided to use her political power and attended Game 4 of the WNBA Finals. It seems not to matter much to the mayor that her city is drowning in crime. Still, Lightfoot was all smiles as she posed for pictures and captioned it with: “What a moment. Congrats champs! A first but not the last for @chicagosky.”

What is so surprising about Lightfoot not wearing a mask is the fact that in August, the Chicago Department of Public Health reinstated the city’s mask mandate. The mandate was for ANY person over the age of 2.

“Masks are required in all indoor public settings, including bars and restaurants, gyms, common areas of condos and multi-residential buildings, and private clubs. Similar to previous mask mandates, masks can be removed at restaurants, bars and other eating/drinking establishments by patrons when they are actively eating and drinking. Masks can also be removed for certain activities that require their removal, such as beard shaves or facials. Additionally, masks can be removed by employees in settings that are not open to the public, if employees are static and maintaining at least six feet from all other individuals (office cubicles, for example).”

And although people are able to take off their masks to eat and drink, the picture above clearly shows that Lightfoot took off her mask for no other reason than to flash a smile.
