FBI Admits They Do Not Track Violence At The Hands of Antifa Organization

On Wednesday, a hybrid remote and in person hearing was held on “Confronting Violent White Supremacy (Part VI): Examining the Biden Administration’s Counterterrorism Strategy [1]

During the hearing, Assistant Director of Counterterrorism for the Federal Bureau of Investigation Timothy Langan testified, and his remarks were very telling.

Representative Nancy Mace asked Langan, “How many acts of violence or domestic terrorism has Antifa committed over the last two years?”

Langan’s response was, “Since we don’t categorize Antifa, nor do we calculate or collate information regarding Antifa — that movement, we don’t have that. But, we can provide you information on anarchist threats and cases in general.”

Last year, Representative Jerry Nadler claimed that Antifa was just a “myth.” [4]

During a Presidential debate in September of 2020, Joe Biden said that Antifa was “an idea, not an organization.”

President Trump had planned to designate the group [5] as a terrorist organization, but there is currently no legal authority [6] for the government to designate a “wholly domestic” group as such.
