Since the Democrats took office, they have only promoted one way to fight the COVID-19 pandemic – get the vaccine. Even though the vaccine has proven to do very little to stop the spread of the virus, the White House continues to push it as President Joe Biden has even mandated it for businesses. And although health experts and doctors have promoted various treatments for COVID-19, like monoclonal antibody treatments, the Biden administration, and liberal media bury any attempts with lies and false facts. Just take MSNBC host Chris Hayes, for example. He recently suggested the monoclonal antibody treatments cost patients upwards of $2,000 a treatment, but in reality, they cost the same as the vaccine.
On Sunday, Hayes claimed, “The monoclonal antibody treatment is developed and sold by big pharma and costs $2000 a pop. The vaccine is free.”

Hayes’s comments come in response to former Representative Allen West of Florida, who shared, “I can attest that, after this experience, I am even more dedicated to fighting against vaccine mandates. Instead of enriching the pockets of Big Pharma and corrupt bureaucrats and politicians, we should be advocating the monoclonal antibody infusion therapy.”
While Hayes was hoping to prove a point, users were quick to give him a lesson in the price of free. It should be noted that not only are monoclonal antibody treatments free for patients, just like the vaccine, but neither is actually free as it is being paid for by the U.S. government, which is basically the American taxpayer.
One user responded, “This deadly disinformation is designed to scare sick people away from monoclonal centers in Florida, which cost the patient nothing. Chris Hayes is trying to get covid infected patients killed.”
So many lies and misinformation in one tweet.

Another user pointed out that Hayes knew the treatment was free but was pushing the agenda. And even more surprising, Twitter didn’t flag it for misinformation. “The monoclonal antibody treatment is free—and everyone, including [Chris Hayes], knows it. (But don’t hold your breath waiting for Twitter to flag Hayes’ false claim as “misinformation” or append an “additional context” warning to it. All that goes in one direction only.).”
