Ever see “Judgment at Nuremberg”? A great film, all star cast, perfect script. It was made in the late 40s to about 1964 era when grownups ran Hollywood and films covered historical and cultural topics from a mature perspective. This film dealt with the immediate postwar Nuremberg trials of second tier Nazis. The movie remains a classic, a treasure. In those days, as the saying went, “Jews made Catholic movies for Protestant audiences.”

In Judgment there is a character played by Montgomery Clift called Mr. Peterson. Peterson had been forcibly sterilized by the Nazis because he was considered mentally “feeble.” Clift’s acting is tremendous, as is Maximilian Schell’s as his legal interrogator. The scene was written to remind people of Nazi barbarities. No civilized person or nation would countenance such a thing or even a related procedure. Well, that was then.
Recently, a Democrat in the Pennsylvania state House introduced a bill to require mandatory vasectomies for men over the age of 40, or who have already fathered three children, “whichever comes first.” Annnnd…we’re back to the Nazis. The “My body, my choice” crowd now wants the state to forcibly cut into a man’s body. But gee, it’s only evil toxic men. So no one is supposed to care.
. . . this legislation will allow Pennsylvanians to take #civilaction against inseminators for unwanted #pregnancies who wrongfully conceive
a child with them. /3— Rep. Chris Rabb (@RepRabb) October 2, 2021

Rabb “meaningful dialogue around public policy focusing on the personal responsibility of cisgender men in this sphere” by directing “their responsibility as inseminators to change their behaviors for the good of their partners, families, and society at large.” Inseminators? Dads, fathers? Nah, Inseminators. And I see, Rabb will be the judge of what’s good for society at large.

Rabb’s bill, according to him, seeks “to improve public health outcomes and release sweet justice into our households and bedrooms.” Ewww, sweet bedroom justice? A very creepy line. Rabb’s legislation would “also empower Pennsylvanians to enforce this new law by offering a $10,000 reward for reporting to the proper authorities those scofflaws who have not complied with this statute within the allotted time frame.” Ah, so now authorities will be hunting down over 40 men to make sure they can’t reproduce. The same for women? Ummm, no.

Rabb writes that “As long as state legislatures continue to restrict the reproductive rights of cis women, trans men and non-binary people, there should be laws that address the responsibility of men who impregnate them.” Uh, who impregnates trans men? Where does the baby gestate, in a box? More lunacy from the Left. But it’s getting to be pretty dangerous lunacy at that.
