With the Southern border crisis still ongoing, it appears Vice President Kamala Harris has more pressing matters to attend to like her new Youtube space series. Aimed at getting children interested in space, the original series called, “Get Curious with Vice President Harris” is slated to host a number of celebrities in the space field like NASA astronaut Shane Kimbrough, who serves on the International Space Station. But while Harris’s latest attempt at gaining some much-needed popularity could have worked, it was revealed that all the children in the video, who were overly excited, were actually child actors who got paid to be there.

Knowing that all the children are actors, the video is nothing more than a mockery of the theatrics the Democrats have turned Washington into. In one scene, the child actors appeared to be mesmerized by Harris as she told them they were “going to learn so much” and they were “literally see the craters on the moon with your own eyes. With your own eyes. I’m telling you.” Again, the kids seem astonished by this news, but then again – it’s their job.

One of the kids in the video is 13-year-old Trevor Bernardino, a California teen who admitted that he had to submit a monologue and was even interviewed before being offered the role.

“And then after that, like a week later, my agent called me, and he’s like, ‘Hey Trevor, you booked it.’”

While the video might be staged, Bernardino had nothing but nice things to say about Harris. “The most exciting part was definitely meeting Vice President Harris. There’s nothing that can top that. Like honestly, she just sat us down. She’s super charismatic. She’s everything that I ever thought of her, plus more. She made me feel like one of her peers, and at the time, I felt super important. I was talking to her face to face.”

As for Harris, she is excited about the series, saying “I love the idea of exploring the unknown. And then, there’s other things that we just haven’t figured out or discovered yet. To think about so much that’s out there that we still have to learn, like, I love that. I love that. And so, I’m very excited about the Space Council.”

Although Harris will be exploring the stars, she has yet to set a date to visit the Southern border, which she is in charge of.
