With Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden’s approval ratings tanking to historic lows, there are rumors coming out of the White House that there is trouble in paradise. While it hasn’t even been a year since the Democrat pair supposedly won the 2020 election, the constant failures and missed opportunities from within the Biden administration have caused a severe strain on the Democratic party. And it appears that the tension between Biden and Harris continues to grow and the administration views her wanting to be president as “disloyal”.

According to a top Democratic donor, “Kamala Harris is a leader but is not being put in positions to lead. [Biden] should be putting her in positions to succeed, as opposed to putting weights on her. If you did give her the ability to step up and help her lead, it would strengthen you and strengthen the party.”

Although top donors might believe they know what is best for the White House, it appears that President Biden could be considering booting Harris from the Vice President role and nominating her for a Supreme Court vacancy.

Even CNN, which is known to pander to the Democratic party, said, “That chatter has already reached top levels of the Biden orbit, according to one person who’s heard it.”

As of right now, Harris’s approval rating sits at only 28%. While below Biden, the President isn’t too far behind as he only has an approval rating of 38%.

And continuing with CNN, the outlet had some wild claims about Biden purposely setting Harris up to fail. They noted, “Now many of those close to her feel like he’s shirking his political duties to promote her, and essentially setting her up to fail. Her fans are panicked, watching her poll numbers sink even lower than Biden’s, worrying that even the base Democratic vote is starting to give up on her.”

No matter what is happening behind the doors of the White House, Nina Smith, who has worked for Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, said, “Folks are definitely playing chess right now. They’re playing the long game and seeing how things develop and shift.”
