Yes, the democrats were busy putting all kinds of BS into the bipartisan fake infrastructure bill that just passed the House and Senate and was signed by President Disaster.
One of the BS things they added into the bill was to mandate that ALL CARS be equipped with breathalyzers [1].
They don’t care if you are a drinker or not. They don’t care how much you drink. You’re still going to pay for this mandated technology.
There are around 10,000 alcohol-impaired driving fatalities a year but 100% of adults will be forced to have cars with breathalyzers.
That’s 258 million people who have to pay for the crimes of 10,000 idiots.
And that’s not all.
Your car of the future will also be programmed to shut you down if you are driving erratically.
Do they care if you are stuck in the middle of nowhere next to the house of a child molester?
No.
Do they care if you are erratically driving to escape a forest fire?
No.
Do they care if the technology is about as good as your Microsoft software and fails to start the car?
No.
What about your smelly feet? Or swearing at a democrat on the radio?
Will your car pull you over for that too?
Yes, if the democrats had their way, it would.
Although, to be accurate, if the democrats had their way, you wouldn’t even have a car. You would be riding a horse to work – and paying a fine for the carbon dioxide that you are your horse are expelling.
