Following a report on his vaccination requirement reaction, conservative radio host Dan Bongino slammed a Washington Post reporter in an email, calling the writer a “dipshit.”

On Tuesday, The Washington Post’s Jeremy Barr made the email public on Twitter. The message alluded to a purported Bongino email from December 20 that read:

The email read:

Are you a dips*** all the time, or just on weekdays? Do you even listen to my show where I explained what’s going on? Or is your oddly shaped head so far up your ass that you can’t hear? Given that you’re a chump, and a coward, who has never stood for a single thing in your entire sorry life, I’m not surprised you left out all of the relevant details of the story. Lose my email, and don’t bother contacting me again. Thanks, and have a Merry Christmas. Off to the spam file labeled “media dips***s” you go.

Barred fired back in a second article saying, “Of course, I asked him which “relevant details” I had left out so I could address them if necessary. Unfortunately, he did not respond.”

The battle between Bongino and Cumulus Media, the business that syndicates his radio show, was the center of the Washington Post article. Bongino has declared publicly that he is vaccinated but is opposed to the company’s vaccine demand.

“The Dan Bongino Show” was taken off the air for more than a week due to the controversy. Bongino eventually returned to his daily radio show.

“A lot has happened since then, but not much has changed for Bongino and his bosses. He is still hosting the same show, even though Cumulus Media does not appear to have changed its mandate. That’s led some radio hosts and industry observers to question Bongino’s commitment to his ultimatum,” Barr said in the piece.

The piece attempted to cast doubt on Bongino’s ultimatum to cancel his Cumulus program over the mandate. Employees who were fired by the corporation for refusing to comply with the vaccine demand have not been reinstated, according to the article.

Several Cumulus Media hosts have left their jobs, according to Inside Radio, because to the company’s vaccine mandate, which was revealed in August. Two hosts from KVOR and KKFM in Colorado Springs were among those who quit the firm.
