While the Biden administration has done a superb job of distancing themselves from the numerous crises President Joe Biden created, it appears that even reporters are starting to press the issue.

With the new Omicron variant announced, President Biden, with little information, decided to slap travel bans on South Africa and several neighboring countries.

Although the President won’t talk about it, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was blindsided during her recent press conference when a reporter for the “Today News Africa” wouldn’t let her dodge the question about travel bans.

In the video below, reporter Simon Ateba interrupted Psaki numerous times as she tried not to let him talk. Psaki called on the reporter beside Ateba and several others, but Ateba never got a chance to speak. Given the travel bans on South Africa, Psaki not calling on him could have been a calculated move as President Biden has come under fire recently for his decision, with some saying it was rash.
