Back in October, parents all over America were shocked when Education Secretary Miguel Cardona wrote a letter to the National School Boards Association describing a threat to the system. The threat was none other than parents who were standing up against the mask mandates and critical race theory being injected into schools. Still, comparing parents to Domestic Terrorists, Cardona called for the Patriot Act to be used to condemn these so-called terrorists and protect the generations of tomorrow. But while the left is quick to label Trump supporters, parents, and conservatives as terrorists, Americans are wondering why Antifa is getting a pass.

Speaking to Fox News about how parents are being treated and labeled, Debbie, an educator, said, “That’s totally ridiculous. Parents have rights for their children. They should be standing up for their children and what is being taught in the classrooms. If they’re going to be labeled domestic terrorists, what are we going to label these Antifa people? We should be labeling them a domestic terrorist. I mean, what’s good for the goose should be good for the gander.”

A resident in Florida by the name of Steven was not only worried about the school board meetings but the whole country. He stated, “People used to talk with each other. Now, sometimes we say, ‘Well, you’re a Trump voter, we’re not going to talk with you’ and ‘You’re a Biden voter, but I’m not going to talk with you,’ and it’s scary.”

Another fellow resident of Florida, Marvin, added that it was the parent’s right to protect their kids. “Parents are looking out for their kids. That’s the number one priority, their children, ’cause they are the future for tomorrow.”

Still, following the letter from Cardona, Attorney General Merrick Garland would send a letter of his own to the FBI asking them to mobilize a support team for educators.
