If Hillary Clinton would have listened to Bill Clinton per election strategy in 2016 she probably would have won. If Democrats listened to their best strategist in 2022 they could cut down on losses. Thank God she didn’t and they won’t.

FNC: “Democratic strategist James Carville said Thursday that conservatives are unafraid of the political fallout from potentially overturning Roe v. Wade because of their ‘justified’ belief that the Democratic Party is incapable of motivating voters and would rather talk about ‘veganism’ and ‘pronouns’ than winning issues.

During an appearance on CNN’s ‘OutFront,’ host Erin Burnett asked Carville if he believes the Democratic National Committee’s message that outrage over the Supreme Court leaked opinion draft, regarding the landmark abortion ruling, will motivate voters to vote against Republicans in November. Carville noted that Republicans, as well as conservative judges, have ‘no fear’ of Democrats on the issue.”

“Alito and them said we don’t care. We’re not fair, and we don’t care and all the Democrats are going to do is sit around talking about veganism and pronouns,” Carville said. “And to some extent that is a justified opinion that they have.”

“The Democrats were always going to lose those races, but they keep doing this stupid s—,” Carville said. “They’re too damn emotional. Democrats obsess over high-profile races they can’t win because that’s where all the attention is. We’re addicted to hopeless causes.”

A month before, Carville told press that Democrats “whine too much” and told his the party to tout their wins instead of their losses. “What you do is you run on what you got. You don’t run on what you didn’t get,” he said. Carville believes already lost races are taking attention away from important down ballot races.

“What about the secretary of state in Wisconsin? Or the attorney general race in Michigan? I’m telling you, if Democrats are worried about voting rights and election integrity, then these are the sorts of races they should support and volunteer for, because this is where the action is and this is where things will be decided.”

And Carville is a solid fan of Joe Manchin. “B—-ing about a Democratic senator in West Virginia is missing the damn plot,” he said, stating the obvious fact that West Virginia is deep red and there’s nothing Democrats can do about it.

“Six percent of adults in this country identify as ‘progressive.’ Only 11 or 12% of Democrats identify as progressive. So let’s just meet in the middle and say something like 7 or 8% of the country agrees with the progressive left,” he said. “This ain’t a g—amn debate anymore. Someone like Manchin is closer to the mainstream than a lot of these people think, and pretending like he isn’t won’t help the cause.”
