DeSantis Declared Pres. Biden Should Be Given An Honorary Membership In The Mexican Drug Cartels’

For GOP heavyweight and Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis, his future in politics appears to be continuously growing thanks to his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, the economy, and now the push to include gender identity and sexual orientation into schools. With each new agenda presented by the Democrats and Biden administration, DeSantis is quick to take action. While the Republican hasn’t mentioned his thoughts on running for the White House in 2024, there have already been shirts, hats, and posters made with DeSantis either running against or with former President Donald Trump. Although the Governor might be silent on that matter, when it came to the Southern border crisis, he was more than willing to express his thoughts and concerns.

Speaking at a press conference, DeSantis, who is currently seeking another term in Florida, suggested that President Biden “should be given an honorary membership in the Mexican drug cartels, cuz nobody has done more to help the cartels than Biden with his open-border policies.” He added that the President was “violating his own oath of office by allowing massive numbers of people to come across the border illegally.”

Just over the last few weeks, numerous reports have been shared about the encounters with border agents. One included a person who “was previously convicted of 4th degree felonious sexual assault of a child in Johnson County, Arkansas, in 2016 and sentenced to 60 months probation and deported.”

Del Rio Sector Chief Patrol Agent Jason D. Owens admitted, “Arrests like these highlight the importance of border security and what it means for American citizens. Border Patrol agents stand between good people and those who wish to do them harm. No matter the circumstances, they remain dedicated to keeping criminals like these out of the country and out of your communities.”

The influx seen at the border comes at the same time the Biden administration is pushing to do away with Title 42 at the border, which allowed migrants to be turned away due to a public health emergency. When put in place under the Trump administration, the White House used COVID-19 as the reasoning.
