While President Joe Biden’s approval ratings continue to take a beating due to inflation, soaring gas prices, and COVID-19, the Democrat spoke on the numerous dilemmas on Wednesday when he addressed the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers International Convention in Chicago. Although most Americans have been affected by inflation and gas prices, President Biden decided not to spend his time discussing how his administration was going to fix it, but instead, focused on former President Donald Trump and his followers.

Yelling at the union workers, President Biden displayed his anger. “Remember those long lines you’d see in a television and people lining up in all kinds of vehicles just to get a box of food in their trunk? How quickly they forget people were hurting. And what did the MAGA crowd want to do? Forget it. Forget it.”

President Biden continued, “God this is the United States of America! The idea that people would have to wait in line an hour, an hour and a half to get a box of food in their trunk, just unbelievable.”

As mentioned above, Biden was sure to place the blame one anyone beside himself, “Under my predecessor, the great MAGA king, the deficit increased every year as president.” Not surprising, the President forgot to mention how his own policies have led to inflation hitting record levels. He did say, “This is about fairness, it’s about dignity, it’s about fiscal responsibility.”

Although some might share Biden’s anger, most Americans were waiting for Biden to present a plan to propel the country into the future. All they got was, “I’ve got a plan to lower the costs for everyday things that make most people who work to have who need and that would fundamentally change the standard of living if we made things more affordable.”

Mentioning a plan without any concrete steps to present has become a usual tactic by the Biden administration since winning the 2020 election. Having held office for two years, it appears the President continues to blame Trump and his followers for anything and everything.
