Border Czar Tom Homan is pursuing legal action after anti-ICE activists in Southern California posted the names, photos, and addresses of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents operating in the region.

Speaking on Fox & Friends Wednesday, Homan condemned the activists’ actions, stating that they had “crossed the line” and that he would be meeting with the Department of Justice (DOJ) to discuss potential legal consequences.
Homan, who has received multiple death threats, also revealed that he now requires round-the-clock police protection.

“Look, I think they crossed the line,” Homan said.
“They started posting pictures and addresses and phone numbers. I got state troopers around my house 24-7 right now because of death threats. And I know what it’s like to be doxxed, though. These agents don’t deserve that. These agents put a gun on their hip and wear a Kevlar vest every day, trying to make their communities safer.”
He explained that ICE agents are focused on targeting individuals who pose serious threats to public safety.
“We’ve been really clear: we’re focusing on the worst of the worst. We’re focused on criminal threats and national security threats,” he said.

Homan confirmed that he has scheduled a meeting with DOJ officials to discuss possible legal action against those responsible.
“I got a meeting with the Department of Justice today and [we’ll see] what we can do about this. I think it crossed the line of impeding a federal law enforcement officer in the performance of their duties. So I’m hoping we find out who these people are, and we can criminally prosecute them,” Homan said.
Federal law enforcement sources confirmed to Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin that anti-ICE activists have been interfering with ICE operations in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas.
In addition to direct disruptions, activists have posted flyers featuring the personal information of ICE and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) officers.
The posters, which are written in Spanish, include warnings that roughly translate to: “CAREFUL WITH THESE FACES.”

While it is unclear which activist group is responsible for the posters, ICE officials confirmed that an investigation is underway.
A spokesperson for the FBI’s Los Angeles office also released a statement addressing the situation.
“The FBI safeguards Constitutionally-protected rights, including freedom of speech and assembly.
However, any individual who impedes law enforcement operations, potentially threatening the safety of law enforcement agents and subjects of their investigations, is subject to investigation and potential prosecution by the Department of Justice,” the spokesperson stated.
The targeting of ICE agents comes just days after anti-immigration activists disrupted a planned multi-agency task force operation involving ICE, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the FBI.

The operation took place on Sunday afternoon in Los Angeles and was part of ongoing criminal investigations.
ICE officials clarified that the operation was not a raid, but rather a targeted enforcement action aimed at apprehending criminals.
As the DOJ reviews potential legal action, ICE officials say they remain committed to their mission despite the rising threats against agents working in the field.

“Legal action incoming…”
Wrong answer. This should have been an announcement of arrests on the previous doxxing
