President Donald Trump on Thursday issued a pointed Christmas message criticizing Democrats over their alleged ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, framing the controversy as what he called a “Radical Left Witch Hunt” and warning political opponents to “Enjoy what may be your last Merry Christmas!”
The statement, posted publicly on Christmas Day, accused Democratic figures of previously associating with Epstein before distancing themselves and shifting blame onto Trump.
In the message, Trump said he had severed ties with Epstein long before others did.

“Merry Christmas to all, including the many Sleazebags who loved Jeffrey Epstein, gave him bundles of money, went to his Island, attended his parties, and thought he was the greatest guy on earth, only to ‘drop him like a dog’ when things got too HOT,” Trump wrote.
Trump continued by accusing Democrats of deflecting responsibility and blaming him despite his past actions.
“But now, the Democrats blame, of course, President Donald J. Trump, who was actually the only one who did drop Epstein, and long before it became fashionable to do so,” he said.
The president’s statement followed recent developments related to the Epstein investigation.
Last month, Trump signed the Epstein Files Transparency Act into law, authorizing the release of files connected to the federal investigation into Epstein.
Last Friday, the Department of Justice released documents and photographs related to the case, including materials involving former President Bill Clinton, which prompted responses from Clinton’s representatives.
In his Christmas message, Trump compared the Epstein controversy to previous investigations involving his presidency.
“There will be a lot of explaining to do, much like there was when it was made public that the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax was a fictitious story – a total Scam – and had nothing to do with ‘TRUMP,’” he wrote.
Trump also criticized media coverage of the issue, singling out The New York Times, which he sued for $15 billion in a libel lawsuit filed in September.
“The Failing New York Times, among many others, was forced to apologize for their bad and faulty Election ‘Reporting,’ even to the point of losing many subscribers due to their highly inaccurate (FAKE!) coverage,” Trump wrote.
“Now the same losers are at it again, only this time so many of their friends, mostly innocent, will be badly hurt and reputationally tarnished. But sadly, that’s the way it is in the World of Corrupt Democrat Politics!!!”
Trump closed the statement with a warning directed at his political opponents.
“Enjoy what may be your last Merry Christmas!” he added.
The president also referenced an ongoing review of names connected to the Epstein case, asserting that those being scrutinized are predominantly Democrats, with one exception.
“When their names get brought out in the ongoing Radical Left Witch Hunt (plus one lowlife ‘Republican,’ Massie!), and it is revealed that they are Democrats all, there will be a lot of explaining to do,” Trump said.

The Christmas Day statement followed an earlier message Trump posted on Christmas Eve, in which he criticized “the Radical Left Scum that is doing everything possible to destroy our Country, but are failing badly,” while also highlighting accomplishments from his administration.
