On “The Daily Briefing” hosted by Fox News‘ Dana Perino, former federal prosecutor and Republican Congressman Trey Gowdy offered a boatload of rightly placed accusations directed at Democrat-operated cities and their “elected leaders” who seem to be adept at ignoring the severity of the “culture of lawlessness” in their respective jurisdictions undeniably rife with property destruction and violence.
Indeed that was a mouthful and, in typical Trey Gowdy fashion, well summarized within a roughly three-minute clip:

Gowdy’s got it right! Whether a fan or not, the former congressman from South Carolina carefully blueprints and appropriately names names of those who are directly responsible for doing exactly nothing (or at least purporting to do something well after the fact). Regardless, American cities have decided to don the face of outlaw types hell-bent on exacting their will upon others…and God forbid onlookers don’t pump their fist in the air as Antifa and BLM sorts boisterously demand.

It’s sickening to watch. And it is even more gut-wrenching to witness the by-the-hour assaults upon bona fide law enforcement officers who continue to march to the frontlines while full-knowing they do not have their illustrious leaders’ support. It’s a total breakdown of law and order and a pacification of anarchy which no American in their right mind embraces. How many more months of this law-skirting and abject assaulting does our beloved nation tolerate? How enduring can this nonsense sustain before we put this malice to bed once and for all. How long before we are totally depleted in the ranks of police officers to pushback these nightly conflagrations and injurious behaviors upon innocents trying to relish America’s principled promise of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness?
As Gowdy stated, no prosecutor can be successful unless we honor cops who are fashioned to confront criminals, secure evidence, and effect arrests of law-breakers for the madness to cease. He encapsulated it in one simple, crystal-clear line: “The best prosecutor in the world is not going to win a case if there’s not an arrest.” No science there; yet the conventional message and standard justice system practices seems lost nowadays.
