When it comes to the Democrats and their liberal agenda, there is no person more left than the representative from New York – Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Since being elected, Ocasio-Cortez has made waves on both sides of the aisle. Even Democrats believe she is too extreme for their party, yet they allow her to parade around, making blatant comments like the one we are about to mention. On Sunday, Ocasio-Cortez vowed to push Joe Biden more left than ever before if he is elected.

Speaking on the CNN show State of the Union, Ocasio-Cortez said, “Frankly, I think it would be a privilege and it would be a luxury for us to be talking about what we would lobby the next Democratic — and how we will push the next Democratic administration. But, in terms of my role, I believe that that has been my role, and my role is consistent, in making sure that we push the Democratic Party to have a larger vision for our future.”

But what type of future would Ocasio-Cortez want? How about one where the Democrats have all the power, there is no Republican party, and guess what – your rights are now void. That is the future the Democrats are pushing for when they allow Ocasio-Cortez to peddle her socialist agenda unchecked.

AOC tells CNN that if Democrats take the Senate, the left can "shift" the country without worrying about being bipartisan.

In her short time on the Hill, Ocasio-Cortez has even suggested getting away with bipartisanship. When the subject came up, she said:

“If we have an opportunity, if we work hard enough to elect folks like Jaime Harrison, to make sure that we protect seats like Gary Peters’, and to make sure that we unseat Republicans like Joni Ernst, and we have the unique, frankly, once-in-a-generation opportunity to have the White House, the Senate, and the House majorities Democratically controlled, then I believe we have an obligation to the American people to show what a Democratic administration can actually accomplish, and that we can govern, and that we can truly have leaps in policy that people can feel in their everyday lives that makes voting Democratic worth — not just worthwhile, but a memorable shift from just a flatline of this idea of bipartisanship, which often just becomes Republican manipulation.”

So, for America to thrive, we need to rewrite history and get rid of the two-party system. It appears the only way the Democrats can achieve anything is when they have absolute control. President Trump has proven that Democrats and Republicans can work together, yet Ocasio-Cortez suggests that is nothing more than “Republican Manipulation.”
