The president will win in the courts and serve a second term. There, I said it. As we also have been saying for a month, Biden will be proclaimed the winner in the media and the popular culture powers will shriek for Trump to concede. He won’t and it will get legal. But how do they both stack up in court? Big advantage Trump.

The president has teams of lawyers who make piranhas look like gerbils. I’ve met some of them over the years. They are a lean and hungry bunch. Some of them worked the Bush Florida situation in 2000. As opposed to 2000, which was a matter of what and who to count, in several states this is a clear cut case of election fraud. Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania have seen ballot harvesting on an unprecedented basis, all against the president. The president’s lawyers have been laying in wait, quietly gathering evidence across the country of Democrat hijinks. The Trump legal team almost encouraged the Democrat fraud, to get them to let their guard down and act blatantly and clumsily. Now, the evidence will be solidly in the presidential favor.

In fact, this may be the biggest case of presidential election fraud since 1960, when Richard Nixon had the race stolen from him by a corrupt Kennedy family. Old Joe Kennedy had worked out deals with the mob, Mayor Richard Daley of Chicago, and veep nominee Lyndon Johnson of Texas to stuff ballot boxes and steal Illinois and Texas from Nixon. Nixon knew, but conceded because he didn’t want to drag the nation through the quagmire of a contested election. Joe Biden has none of that patriotism, scruples, or sentience.

Thus, Biden is in trouble. His only hope is to pray the courts are intimidated by the clamor of Democrat and media agitprop. His defense against his own corruption will be weak because his team was so hamfisted about it. The Republicans gave them enough rope and they hung themselves. And if Biden is expecting a delivery at the hands of this Supreme Court with justices like Brett Kavanaugh in the majority  he should think again. Kavanaugh knows the Democrats very well. It will likely be his pleasure to dispense justice to their vast corrupt minions.
