While Big Tech, the media, and the Democrats continue to act as if nothing happened during the 2020 election, states a starting to stand up, demanding an answer as to what took place on November 3rd. Being the first to want to know what happened was Texas. They filed a lawsuit directly to the Supreme Court, questioning the election results in key battleground states like Michigan. Now, 17 other states are coming forward, wanting to know the same exact answer.

The states include Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.

But what exactly did Texas file to the Supreme Court? The lawsuit argues that the key states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution. That is because they made changes to voting rules through the courts and executive actions. The only problem, they didn’t make the changes through the state legislatures.

The lawsuit claims that “certain officials in the Defendant States presented the pandemic as the justification for ignoring state laws regarding absentee and mail-in voting”. The lawsuit also claims that the states “flooded their citizenry with tens of millions of ballot applications and ballots in derogation of statutory controls as to how they are lawfully received, evaluated, and counted.”
In short, the lawsuit is saying that key battleground states cheated. They not only used the pandemic as a weapon against the American people, but they also drowned the states with ballot applications. Already short-staffed, there was no way the states were going to be able to handle the influx of votes that were about to come their way.

But what we are seeing is a good thing. American people are starting to stand up and demand fair elections for the American people. The officials in charge are listening and states are filing lawsuits to make sure that elections remain fair and honest moving forward, because if there is one red flag – it is Biden couldn’t have received more votes than any President in history.

Filing lawsuits is all well and good. However, if the justice system is compromised or too slow to react, time runs out and the dems win. The dems pushed the deadline for ballots back and got away with it. The dems also flooded the mails with ballots and blamed the phony COVID-19 pandemic as the reason. The dems knew that they may be discovered but now they are stalling for time. When time runs out, they still win. Pelosi is itching to lead the House in the selection of the next president. She will do just that on January 20th, 2021. Remember that there are three phases to any major crime. The first is the setup, which was the printing of massive amounts of ballots and the reprogramming of the Dominion software. The second is the execution of the crime. The third is the complete destruction of all evidence. This coup, because that's exactly what it is, had to have been coordinated from a central point. Today it is still ongoing as all evidence is in the process of disappearing or being removed. The links to computers in other countries has probably been destroyed and phony ballots are being shredded. All is proceeding as planned by a central committee. When time runs out, the dems win.
