A follower of a group that recently told Americans they were being duped by satanic cannibal pedophiles, Saturday said he was duped by the man the nutjob group said was their secret leader. That would be the immediately former president and simultaneously the mysterious and all powerful Q.
Now Jacob Chansley, better know as the QAnon Shaman for his Flintstone-inspired Loyal Order of Water Buffaloes get up, is throwing himself on the mercy of public opinion and has turned on the current resident of Mar-a-Lago.

But Senator Lindsey Graham, Republican of South Carolina, is not buying the shaman’s plea and wants to keep him out of the upcoming Senate impeachment trial. But, what’s the difference of only one more buffoon on the floor of the Senate?
FNC: “The Donald Trump Senate impeachment trial is one clown short of a circus, according to Sen. Lindsey Graham. After a lawyer for the Capitol rioter ‘QAnon Shaman’ said his client would be willing to testify, the South Carolina Republican said that this would turn the ordeal into a ‘complete circus.’

‘I cannot think of a better way to turn the upcoming impeachment trial into a complete circus than to call the QAnon Shaman as a witness on anything,’ Graham posted on Twitter.”

Graham wants no witnesses in the trial. “The House impeached President Trump without a witness. If we open the witness door in the Senate, there will be lots of witnesses requested on a variety of topics. And the trial will go for months, not days.”
Chansley, a QAnon conspiracy loon and virulent Youtuber, now held in an Arizona lockup, said he hadn’t eaten for days in jail because they weren’t serving organic food. We didn’t make that up. Really, we didn’t.
Chansley Attorney Albert Watkins said his client was sorry for “being in a position where he allowed duping to put him in a position to make decisions he should not have made.” The shaman’s lawyer opined, “Let’s roll the tape. Let’s roll the months of lies, and misrepresentations and horrific innuendo and hyperbolic speech by our president designed to inflame, enrage, motivate…What’s really curious is the reality that our president, as a matter of public record, invited these individuals, as President, to walk down to the Capitol with him.” Oh c’mon. The former president bears much responsibility for the assault on the Capitol. But he didn’t say to anyone, “Dress up like a horned quadruped and roam about the Senate.”

This guy should take over for Schumer. He's quite obviously much more sane
I think the former president is responsible for asking the crowd at the rally to walk to the Capitol and peacefully protest the result of the 2020 presidential election. He said nothing to the crowd that would have incited them to tear apart the building and hurt anyone. Try to listen closely to what he actually said. The assault started before he was even done speaking by a large contingent of people who weren't even at the rally. So what if he said the election was stolen. Hillary said that for four years and was never accused of inciting any riots.
