When it comes to sports, there is no name that reigns supreme more than seven-time Superbowl champion Tom Brady. What he has been able to accomplish over the years is simply stunning. From the powerhouse team that was the Patriots to his first time at the Buccaneers, Brady proved that he is the greatest to ever grace the football field. But does his winning on Sunday prove that Brady is secretly a racist? According to the liberal left – yes.
It should come as no surprise that being white in America is now being automatically labeled a racist, but what the liberal left is claiming of Tom Brady is just absurd. There isn’t some long lost video, or an audio clip of Tom Brady saying something racist, or treating someone with disrespect. No, Brady is simply a racist because he beat Patrick Mahomes in the Superbowl Sunday, which just happened to fall in Black History Month.

That’s right, the whole idea of the game of football is to beat the other player, but to some – Brady should have given Mahomes a little advantage since it was Black History Month. Now, this might sound like satire and I sure wish it was, but this is the truth and like always, we have the facts to back it up. Again, that is just a few of the people who are pushing this narrative that beating a player of the opposite race in a sport could be defined as being racist. But it didn’t stop with just a few. Soon, hundreds of people were commenting on the tweets, saying “ Tom Brady surpassed Michael Jordan in number of championships, during Black History Month. Idc that’s gotta be racist,” and “ Tom Brady winning during Black History Month is so racist.”
While some of the tweets could be from disgruntled Chiefs’ fans, the narrative is starting to pick up steam along several other sports. But what was Tom Brady supposed to do? Were the Buccaneers not worthy to play in the big game just because of the skin color of their quarterback? Sadly, to some that is exactly the case.

So, what about the rest of the team, that's predominantly black? THEY don't deserve to win? THEY should lose simply because their QB is white? You people are the racists, surely NOT the athlete, who is put on the field to win against ANY team they play. It wasn't Mahomes that lost the game. It was the team before him that didn't give him time to play, it was the defense that couldn't stop Brady and Gronk from scoring. The QB is but 1 of 11 players on the field. And the team in front of Mahomes got beat, not Mahomes. Grow up.
