While the Democrats continue to act as the border crisis is nothing more than a normal occurrence, Americans are starting to see through their lies as the situation is worse than anyone could have imagined. In the last week alone, Senator Ted Cruz led a delegation of Republicans to the frontlines and recorded what they saw. From cartel members to innocent children fleeing for their lives, the border appears to be more of a warzone than a haven for the oppressed. And while President Biden remains silent on the issue, his former rival, Donald Trump, decided to inform the people what is really going on.

During an exclusive interview with Judge Jeanine Pirro that aired on Fox News, former President Trump was asked his opinion on the current situation at the southern border. Not only did Trump slam the current administration and their lack of strength when it comes to Mexico, but he also stunned viewers when he announced that he would be traveling to the border in the next few weeks. As Trump puts it, “A lot of people want me to.”

The whole situation in Mexico started when Biden took office. One of his first acts as the new Commander and Chief was to repeal the “Remain in Mexico” policy. Under the Trump Administration, illegal immigrants who tried to cross over into the United States were held in camps in Mexico until their hearings.

With Trump out of office, Biden reverted to the outdated “catch and release” policy that allowed immigrants to enter the country while they wait. Suddenly, Custom and Border Protection saw a massive increase in people trying to come to America. In February alone, the CBP detained 100,000 migrants, and many of them were children.

Even Trump gave a grim prediction when he told Pirro, “Thousands and thousands of people are coming up right now as we speak. And you’re going to have millions of people pouring into our country. And it’s going to destroy our country.”

As for how he would handle the crisis, Trump insisted on going back to the “Remain in Mexico” policy, which would decrease the number of people crossing for starters. And acting as if he was back on the campaign trail, Trump also advised the Biden Administration to do something his team started – finish building the Wall.

But even with all the sound advice, the Biden Administration says they were ready for the influx. An official close to the President told CNN, “Were we prepared? Yes. Everyone wants to be like ‘crisis, crisis, crisis, crisis’ — but it’s like, you know what, actually, things are going really well. Yes, we brought in FEMA, but you know what? That was the responsible thing to do.”
