True to his word and without skipping a beat, former President Donald Trump made his first post-election speech at the 2021 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). For weeks, there have been rumors circulating around the political pool as to what the future might hold for the Trump Administration. Some believed Trump would abandon the Republican Party to start his own, while others saw his silence as a sign that he was finished with politics. But it didn’t take more than a couple of lines into his speech for the Republicans, Democrats, and the rest of the world to see that Trump is far from being finished as he opened with a, “Do you miss me?”

Speaking to a room full of Republicans, Trump reassured the party that the fight is far from over. While the media has continued to spread rumors that Trump might start his own party, the former President made it clear on Sunday that the Republican Party is stronger than ever and “it’s far from over.”

After promising the American people that “we will be united and strong like never before”, Trump zeroed in on the current Biden Administration and all the mistakes they have made within the first 100 days.

Trump said Biden “has had the most disastrous first month of any president in modern history,” and that “the Biden Administration has proven that they are anti-jobs, anti-family, anti-borders, anti-energy, anti-women and anti-science. In just one month, We have gone from ‘America First’ to ‘America last.’”

And what about all the help that Biden was going to do for immigrants who continue to cross the borders illegally? Trump was sure not to forget about Biden’s love for relaxed border patrol when he said, “Biden has triggered a massive flood of illegal immigration into our country. the likes of which we have never seen before.”

With so much ammunition to use, there was no shortage of talking points for Trump to use when discussing the Democratic party. From his failed immigration policies to useless COVID-19 mandates, the American people are really starting to see just how out of his depth Biden really is. And that’s why Trump believes, “This alone should be reason enough for Democrats to suffer withering losses in the midterms and to lose the White House decisively four years from now.”

Trump not only predicted that Biden would lose the 2024 election, but he also said, “I may even decide to beat them for a third time.” And that single line was more than enough to cause the entire room to erupt in cheers and applause.

While 2020 saw the Democrats steal an election and take control of all of Washington, the Republicans appear to be energized and ready for the upcoming Midterms as CPAC was full of MAGA gear and a golden statue of the man himself – Donald Trump.
