During the Trump presidency and even the 2020 election, the Democrats attacked not just the Republican party, but their faithful followers – labeling them as extremists. While they forced a divide between voters, the Democrats never once attacked their own while they rioted through the streets, burned local businesses to the ground, and even attacked police officers while they tried to restore law and order. Although the Democrats see them as justice warriors seeking to right the wrongs of the world, Black Lives Matter is doing everything but supporting justice as now they have started to attack the same party they supposedly voted for. 

After the election, BLM was adamant that it was their efforts that led to Biden beating President Trump, and even demanded a seat at the table for doing so. But since moving to the White House, Biden has been silent on the BLM movement and the demands they are making.

On Wednesday, Black Lives Matter protesters gathered outside of the police station in Minneapolis to yell, riot, and curse the police who try day and night to protect the same streets they stand on. While protesting, CNN believed it would be a good idea to mix with the rioters and try to film the anarchy. The only problem – they soon became a target themselves as protesters turned on the liberal news outlet and demanded answers. 

Reporting on the movements of liberal extremism, journalist Andy Ngo, was nearby when the protesters turned their sights towards CNN. He tweeted, “Man part of CNN crew for CNN reporter @miguelmarquez was hit in the head by a protester at the #BLM protest in Brooklyn Center, Minn. He falls to the ground from the assault.”

Although supporting their efforts, CNN wasn’t welcomed at the event as Ngo reported that the news station was eventually chased away from the scene by several BLM protesters.

This isn’t the first time CNN has had a close call when it comes to the supposed progressive movement. During the riots last summer, CNN headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia was ransacked as protesters shattered windows and even through an explosive device into the lobby. 

During a protest on Monday night, CNN was live on air when a man approached them and started ranting about their ethics and how they were caught manipulating stories and peddling fake news. He said, “What I think about this, it’s all the press and all the extra s*** y’all do, makes this worse,” the man responded. “When people want to protest, they shouldn’t do it in front of a f***in’ police sta–, yeah, court house, s*** like that. You get what the f*** I’m saying? Y’all need to get up out of here with all that twisting that the media and s***. I don’t care if you’re live or not, get away from here with all that media s*** that y’all doing.”
