Sadly, with the Democrats controlling all of Washington and the White House, the left has made it a point to attack those who consider themselves Patriots. Since being founded, citizens of America have taken great pride in their home country. From serving in the military to paying the ultimate price for freedom, true Americans have stood firm when it comes to any force hoping to strip away the rights every person holds dear. That was until the liberals painted patriots as Nazis and radicals. Now, any person identifying as a Patriot is considered racist. Well, ex-heavyweight boxing champion, George Foreman, recently stood up to the woke culture when he blatantly said, “I’ve always loved America”

Appearing on Fox News, Foreman didn’t shy away from the constant pressure to bash America. “It’s all fashionable to be anti-American. It’s fashionable. And people have asked me, ‘What are you talking about? Can’t you see what was done then and what was done now? Can’t you see?’ And I tell them swiftly, ‘you can’t talk me out of my love.'”

It should be noted this isn’t the first time Foreman has stood up for America. On July 4th, the champion tweeted, “For about 54 years, people have ask me not to keep saying ‘I love America. Well I do, and I’m not ashamed. Don’t leave it; love it.”

Not wanting to criticize the left but rather help them see his way of thinking, Foreman added, “Once you fall in love — just like falling in love with your wife — no one can say anything about her. The next night she’s [still] my wife, and I’m gonna stay. That’s why you make that thing ‘until death do we part.’ And that’s why nothing has ever shook my faith and love in the country. And when you love a country, nothing can bother you.”

The boxing legend also defended the police around the country who are currently being defunded by the Democrats. “They taught us how to box,” he said, adding that the Police Athletic League “would travel from one state to another to see that we won these Golden Gloves tournaments, send us off to the Olympics. I have this fond memory and love for this country and the people in this country. Nobody will ever be able to talk me out of that. That’s love.”
