From the moment that Joe Biden beat former President Donald Trump, the agenda of both his administration and the Democrats have been defeating COVID-19. At first, it was mask mandates and lockdowns, which studies found did little to stop the spread of the virus, yet the Democrats continued to debate their importance. Now, it is all about the vaccine and getting the majority of Americans vaccinated. While Vice President Kamala Harris has been somewhat silent recently, she did tweet Sunday the importance of not getting vaccinated but protecting the people who already have?

In a somewhat confusing tweet, Harris said, “By vaccinating the unvaccinated, increasing our testing and masking, and protecting the vaccinated, we can end this pandemic. That’s exactly what we are committed to doing.”

Recently, the Biden Administration has taken a new approach to tackling COVID-19 by claiming they are trying to protect the vaccinated. The only problem, a few months ago, the same Democrats said the only way to fight the COVID-19 pandemic was to – get the vaccine. Now, in a turn of events, it’s clear that even the vaccine won’t stop people from being susceptible to the virus.

Still, Harris blasted away with her tweet, hoping to sway some of those who are still undecided. And like most of their plans, it backfired as people were confused. Fox News contributor Joe Concha tweeted, “’ Protecting the vaccinated’ is an odd argument since the vaccinated are already, you know, vaccinated. And the vaccine works in keeping one out of the hospital 99.99 percent of the time per the data.”

Kyle Hooten, who was a former administration staffer for then President Trump, also asked, “Why do you need to protect the vaccinated? Doesn’t the vax do that?”

Lastly, Kate Pavlich, who is also a contributor at Fox News, pointed out that it was almost “bizarre” that the Biden Administration was somehow “taking credit for something…the vaccine is supposed to do.”
