WATCH: Protesters Follow Senator Sinema Into The Bathroom, Demanding She Endorse Spending Bill

While it was common knowledge among political circles that both Democratic Senators Kyrsten Sinema from Arizona and Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia were against the Democrat spending bill, thanks to Senator Bernie Sanders, it has become national news. In just the last week, liberal activists literally kayaked to Manchin’s houseboat where they demanded change. Although it is both shocking and strange, Senator Sinema was recently harassed by another group of liberal activists while she lectured at Arizona State University. And while it might be justified to question Senators, nothing gives a person the right to film them in the bathroom.

That is exactly what happened on Sunday when Sinema was leaving a classroom at ASU. In the video below, the Senator is shown leaving the classroom when a man interjects her. He yells,  "Right now is a real moment that our people need in order for us to be able to talk about what's really happening. We need a 'Build Back Better plan right now."

Sinema definitely understands their frustration and right to voice their opinion, but the group of liberals continues to gang up on her as she tries to enter the bathroom. Believing she is free, Sinema was shocked when the protesters entered the bathroom behind her.

One woman who goes by the name “Blanca” yelled at the door, "We knocked on doors for you to get you elected. And, just how we got you elected, we can get you out of office if you don't support what you promised us."

Another woman can be heard in the background, "We need solutions, the 'Build Back Better plan has the solutions that we need.”

Unaware of how inappropriate she is being, Blanca goes on an entire monologue, saying, "I was brought to the United States when I was three years old. In 2010 both my grandparents got deported because of SB1070. My grandfather passed away two weeks ago and I wasn't able to go to Mexico because there is no pathway to citizenship.” She adds, "And if we have the opportunity to pass it right now, then we need to do it because there's millions of undocumented people," she continued. "We need to hold you accountable to what you promised us that you were going to pass when we knocked on doors for you. It's not right."

Having their phone filming the entire time, the activists might not be aware they just broke the Arizona law and literally filmed themselves doing it. According to the state law:

  1. It is unlawful for any person to knowingly photograph, videotape, film, digitally record or by any other means secretly view, with or without a device, another person without that person's consent under either of the following circumstances:
  2. In a restroom, bathroom, locker room, bedroom or other location where the person has a reasonable expectation of privacy and the person is urinating, defecating, dressing, undressing, nude or involved in sexual intercourse or sexual contact.
