Among pushing the vaccine mandate on the American people, the Democrats have been adamant about people wearing face masks. Believing this would help stop the spread of the coronavirus, the Democrats have forced children attending school to wear a mask up to eight hours a day. But House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was recently spotted at an extravagant wedding not wearing a mask. And to make it even worse, California Governor Gavin Newsom and San Francisco Mayor London Breed were in attendance. 

Officiating the wedding, Pelosi attended the wedding at the San Francisco City Hall, but it should be noted that all guests had to show proof of vaccination. The celebration for the happy couple continued at the Getty Mansion.

Reason editor Liz Wolfe tweeted about the event. “Gavin Newsom, London Breed, Nancy Pelosi all in attendance, hobnobbing with the maskless hordes, at this extremely posh billionaire heiress wedding. But hey, let’s make sure San Francisco’s kids mask up in schools.”

Reopen California Schools not only tweeted about the event but showed a picture of Pelosi, in a large group of people, not wearing a mask. “And why were guests able to do this? Maskless indoors when school dances across California are canceled and kids must keep masks on 7 hours/day including outside at recess in many parts of CA including in SF.”

Back in October, the city of San Francisco allowed masks not to be worn inside for religious gatherings if (1) everyone in attendance is vaccinated and (2) the group must be less than 100 people. In the photo above, there are at least 60 people.

“People in these settings may remove their masks if the employer or host of the gathering can control access to the setting and verify 100% full vaccination of everyone in the setting. The employer or host must also ensure proper ventilation, no recent COVID-19 outbreaks, and children under 12 and guests are not present, among other safety measures.”

Regardless, Reopen California Schools founder Jonathan Zachreson said, “Parents have reached a boiling point. They are just so done, and when you see Nancy Pelosi and these other wealthy individuals’ total disregard for the rule and lack of consideration for what our children are going through, it’s so defeating and infuriating.”
