Although it has been almost 6 years since Donald Trump upset every liberal and Democrat in America by winning the 2016 Presidential election, but apparently his opponent, Hillary Clinton, just can’t let it go. Over the past few weeks, Hillary has made her rounds on several media outlets, speaking about her loss, reading her acceptance speech (if she won), and now suggesting that if Trump was to win again in 2024, Americans would not be able to “recognize our country.”

Speaking with NBC’s “Today” anchor Willie Geist on Sunday, Hillary spoke about her usual problems with Trump, the election she should have won, but again – didn’t, and the possibility of Trump taking the White House in 2024. It should be noted that Hillary and many Democrats are worried about Trump running due to the dismal job President Joe Biden is currently doing.

Hillary said, “If I were a betting person right now I’d say Trump is going to run again. He seems to be setting himself up to do that and if he’s not held accountable then he gets to do it again. I think that could be the end of our democracy not to be too pointed about it, but I want people to understand that this is a make or break point.”

The former Democratic superstar wasn’t finished as she added, “I tried to warn people. I tried to make the case that this was really dangerous, the people he was allied with, what they were saying, what he might do. I feel terrible about not stopping him and the people around him, but I feel like now everybody can see for themselves what kind of leader he is.”

Continuing to slam Trump, Hillary also set her aim on the whole Republican party, blaming them for supporting Trump and his supposed radical agenda. “Sadly the Republican Party has gone along with him. Honestly, they have hung their spines up on the wall as they walk into their offices. They have no conscience. They have no spine and we are seeing the results of a party that has been taken over by a demagogue. It is a time to decide whether we are going to be a grown-up country or not.”
