Although podcaster Joe Rogan has interviewed hundreds of guests on his show, two episodes in particular have caused a mountain of backlash. Not caring what the mainstream media or the Biden administration thinks about COVID-19, Rogan sought a different opinion from Dr. Peter McCullough, one of the most published experts in his field, and Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor behind the mRNA technology. Both having spent their lives dedicated to science, Rogan decided to speak with them. And while the conversations were enjoyable, the backlash that followed has caused musician Neil Young to leave Spotify and even led to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to release their own statement condemning Rogan.

Over the weekend, the couple wrote a statement, saying, “Since the inception of Archewell, we have worked to address the real-time global misinformation crisis. Hundreds of millions of people are affected by the serious harms of mis- and disinformation every day. Last April, our co-founders began expressing concerns to our partners at Spotify about the all too real consequences of Covid misinformation on its platform. We have continued to express our concerns to Spotify to ensure changes to its platform are made to help address this public health crisis. We look to Spotify to meet this moment and are committed to continuing our work together as it does.”

The response from Prince Harry and his wife are not necessarily shocking given that Harry has been rather outspoken about every person taking the jab and governments doing everything possible to make that happen. Harry even suggested the only way to defeat COVID-19 was to break the chains of misinformation.

A royal biographer, Angela Levin, didn’t view the letter as a threat to leave Spotify. She noted, “I think there’s no chance Harry would leave [Spotify].One, because he has not left Netflix even though it has been incredibly rude about his mother and his father and all the Royal Family. He doesn’t seem to care. He also now has quite a reputation for being a hypocrite after lecturing us not to fly but flying himself on a private plane.”
