Being an outspoken voice for climate change, in November, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi gathered a delegation of 21 congressional members and descended on the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Scotland. Believing that climate change is a direct threat to humanity and the Earth, the Democrat stated, “For me, it’s a religious thing. I believe this is God’s creation, and we have a moral obligation to be good stewards.” While Pelosi would garner praise for her support, new campaign filings showed that the Speaker spent over $500,000 on private jets since 2020.

According to the filings with the Federal Election Commission, between October 2020 and December 2021 Pelosi was billed for $437,000 from Advanced Aviation Team. At the same time, a private jet company based out of California would also bill the Democrat another $65,000. It should be noted that private jets have come under criticism from climate change activists for producing more emission per year than regular commercial flights.

Still, at the time of the conference, Pelosi not only harped on the importance of climate change but placed the blame on China. “Climate is an overriding issue, and China is a leading emitter in the world.”

But it isn’t just Pelosi that is promoting one agenda while blatantly going against it – President Joe Biden, who promised he would tackle climate change if he won the election, has spent over $15 million on private airfare. And that was just over his 2020 campaign.

And adding to that list, Mr. Climate Change himself, John Kerry, was awarded the Arctic Circle prize in 2019 for all his leadership. He took a private jet to the ceremony. To make it worse, Kerry, who is the climate czar to President Biden, defended his decision to use private jets. He noted it was “the only choice for somebody like me who is traveling the world to win this battle.”
