Republican senators are treating Ketanji Brown Jackson with a very soft brush compared to the unfair and moronic inquisition Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett had to go through during their confirmation hearings.
Cruz, Blackburn, and Hawkey have been tough, but not personal. Even that legitimate treatment has got viragos and race hustlers screaming about decorum. Not so strangely, not a word out of them when Kavanaugh and Barrett were on the rack. They enjoyed that well enough.

‘I think everybody’s pretty much behaving themselves,’ Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, said of the decorum at the high stakes Senate Judiciary Committee hearings for President Biden’s nominee.”
“Isn’t it a lot different thank Kavanaugh?” Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, said of th mood of the day. He led the Kavanaugh 2018 confirmation.
“Everything has been well within the bounds” airhead showpony Senator Cory Booker told press decorum so far, “and I think it’s going to continue to be a very good hearing. ” Of course he does. He thinks she’s off limits on the vote because of her race and sex.
Booker loved the way Barrett’s hearings went: “I sat through Amy Coney Barrett and I thought that was really a great, great hearing. She’s an extraordinary candidate. I didn’t support her, but I was very happy with the way that went.” He is now because she is a sitting Justice. Can guarantee you he was not happy about those hearings at all. Why? Because the sympathy garnered for Barrett by biased and vicious Democrats led to the Barrett confirmation. Republicans are too smart to play that game themselves.
