RANGER, TX – A 25-year-old biological male who claims to be a woman was recently removed from a collegiate cheerleading squad in Texas and given a criminal citation after he allegedly choked out a biological female teammate over a purported interaction he claimed was “transphobic.”

Back in mid-July, Averie Chanel Satchell, a biological male, took to Facebook in a since-deleted post detailing how he’d been removed from Ranger College’s cheerleading squad following an altercation with a woman on the team who Satchell claimed he “stood” up against.

“Well guys I’m officially retired as a cheerleader as of last night at 5:30 AM. A girl on the team was being very disrespectful and told me I am a MAN with a PENIS and that [guys] should not be on the team. I stood up for myself and she called her mom and dad because she was scared because I [stood] up for myself. Her father said ‘she still has testosterone and a penis and I will kill anyone who comes after my daughter.'”

The version of events relayed by Satchell appear to be omitting or playing down key elements regarding this interaction with the biologically female teammate identified as Karleigh, as reports indicate that Satchell had choked out the victim until she fell unconscious.

Following the attack, the victim reportedly locked herself in a room with some of her female friends. Video recorded by Satchell (that he claims somehow exonerates him) shows him accosting the victim through the locked door – referring to the previous attack as him “joking” with the victim.

The victim’s father, identified as Mike Jones, was called over to the scene of the incident by his daughter. Taking to Facebook himself to share his side of the matter, Jones responded to the allegations levied by Satchell that attempted to paint the victim’s father as someone acting maniacal.

“I ask you what you would have done when receiving a phone call at 1 o’clock in the morning from your daughter stating they had locked themselves in the room with other girls…At no time did I ever say anything about your race or your gender.”

While Satchell claims that the alleged attack was merely a joke, police who responded to the scene didn’t seem to share the same sense of humor, as he was handed a criminal citation for assault and was removed from the college campus.

Unsurprisingly, after allegedly assaulting a female peer, Satchell is now portraying himself as the victim in the matter, claiming he was criminally cited and booted from the cheerleading team “because of the dad’s assumptions of what happened.”

He claimed that no one ever took issue with him prior to the victim’s father who “came up there and made a scene,” continuously asserting that he never put his hands on the victim.
