Trying to get to the heart of Pfizer and Moderna can be a bit of a depressing effort, as they enjoy immunity from liability for injuries and deaths due to the Covid-19 shot. According to 42 U.S. Code § 300aa–22, “No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.”

So, in other words, if you or a loved one are injured or killed by a vaccine, including the Covid-19 shot, the manufacturer is not liable. You can’t touch them. It feels completely illiberal and callous — for a society that pretends to care about victims. But those are the rules with which we are dealing.

But there’s a ray of hope.

“I have a solution,” announced Dr. Naomi Wolf as she joined Steve Bannon on the War Room. “There’s a bill, HB 9366, that was introduced December 1 by two Republicans (Rep. Louie Gohmert and Rep. Ronny Jackson). And it basically strips the vaccine manufacturers of their immunity, and it causes them to be liable. So it’s a solution to everything that has stood in our way.”

So, HB 9366 aims to “amend titles III and XXI of the Public Health Service Act to hold vaccine manufacturers liable for injuries caused by vaccines subject to a public mandate, and for other purposes.” And so, if this goes through, anyone mandated to get the Covid-19 shot and subsequently injured would be able to seek damages from the vaccine manufacturers directly.

On a side note, Dr. Wolf announced “another huge victory.” George Smith, a lawyer representing DailyClout, has stated that he has eight to ten solid plaintiffs in a case that will be pursuing damages against Pfizer by the end of January.

Steve Bannon asks, “Do you believe we have to go there? You’re saying we have to strip Big Pharma of the immunity that was given to them in order to get to the bottom of what happened and also for their ability to take care of the victims?”

“I think, of course!” replied Dr. Wolf.

“It’s not just one assault. We need to move ahead with the litigation. We need to move ahead with legislation. We need to move ahead with criminal charges. We need to move ahead with Grand Jury investigations. All of these are necessary.”

Dr. Wolf then focuses on the lack of financial and medical support going to the newly disabled — a population, which hedge fund manager Edward Dowd has shown, has increased by about three million Americans since the rollout of the Covid-19 vaccines.

“The numbers of people injured and disabled — and Ed Dowd has shown this, Steve Kirsch has shown it, [the] VAERS database shows it, are now in the hundreds of thousands in the United States due to this vaccine. They need care! They have medical bills. They cannot work! And so, absolutely, pass this bill, which is so important. And you can use the BillCam pinned at the top of my Gettr Feed. [Share] it through your social media; advocate for it. That allows all these people to get money back — to get settlements from Pfizer and Moderna for injuring them or killing their loved ones. It’s absolutely critical.”
